Full-Time Faculty Positions in Finance

The International Institute for Financial Studies (IIFS) at the Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (JUFE) invites applications for multiple full-time faculty positions in Finance at all levels. These positions are expected to commence in August 2017 or by negotiation.

About the Institute

JUFE is a multi-discipline university, with a focus on finance, economics and management. IIFS was established in November 2011 as an independent research institute, and its establishment signified JUFE’s aspiration to become an international center for research and teaching excellence. We are currently conducting a worldwide recruiting campaign to strengthen our academic faculty and invite applications for all ranks in the fields of Finance, Economics, Econometric, Accounting and Applied Statistics.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

-       Applicants should have (or be near completion of) a PhD degree;

-       Applicants for senior positions should have excellent records on research, teaching and administration; 

-       Other qualifications include a strong research orientation, a demonstrated interest in pursuing high quality research and teaching, and the ability to supervise postgraduate students.

-       Applicants are expected to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels in the fields of Finance. The teaching load is one course per semester.

Appointment Terms:

The institute offers competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package (including moving allowance, housing subsidy, and research fund, and generous research support).
